guided by executive chef chad starling, the aria culinary team brings a diverse ethnic influence to the menu.  our chefs hail from thailand, korea, china, japan as well as closer to home including a few locals and even a deep southern united states presence. 

chef chad's aria spice is an ingredient in many of aria’s house specialties.  the spice which blends 5 spices including pink and szchuwan peppercorns enhances the latent flavors of delicate fish and poultry dishes.


from the hong kong lobster and bbq duck chow mein to the aria spiced duck breast, this amazing culmination of backgrounds, cooking styles and experience is what makes the new world asian experience of aria not to be missed.
