if you are looking for a great yet slightly “out-there” marinade for beef, chicken or seafood, then we’ve got one for you! a coconut milk base is what makes this Thai marinade unique. we use it for flavoring the hanger steak in our grilled beef sate special with spicy peanut sauce. we hope you’ll try this recipe and enjoy it as much as we do!
thai coconut marinade marinade - up to 2lbs of meat
2 cups coconut milk 2t ground turmeric 1t ground cumin 1T ground coriander 2T curry powder 2T sugar 2T fish sauce 1T salt
combine all ingredients together and add your beef, shrimp, chicken…marinaded meat will keep fresh for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
