  Sushi Chef Byung Kyu Park, who goes simply by the moniker BK stands at the helm of aria bar's custom-designed illuminated sushi station. A six-year veteran of Mirai, Chef BK orders his fish direct from Japan.  
  BKs pays equal attention to the quality of the sushi and its presentation. He uses elements from nature, including rocks, water and flower to enhance his specialies which include horse mackeral served in a snowball, marinated salmon sushi and yellow tail and spicy tuna maki in jalapeno scallion sauce.
